Android gamers know that we tend to get things a little late, and such is the case with Tiny Token Empires. Yesterday Herocraft finally brought the game to Android and we’re happy to say it was well worth the wait.
Tiny Token Empires is a strategy game that pits you against other rulers in ancient times. The game plays like RISK as you’ll have to move armies into territories to conquer them, but the actual battles are played a little differently. When it’s time to fight, it’s time for a Match-3 mini-game where you’ll take turn matching tiles against your opponent. It’s definitely different, but quite a bit of fun. Tiny Tokens has quite a bit of depth as well with 5 campaigns, 5 game modes, and 3 levels of difficulty to go along with a slew of heroes, troops, and generals.
While I haven’t spent much time with Tiny Token Empires, it seems to be a solid strategy game with a puzzling twist. It’s a polished game, and it’s not a stretch to say it’s one of the more comical strategy games we’ve seen. There is no demo or freemium version of Tiny Token Empires at this time, but the full version can be yours for $4.99 if you want to give it a go.
