Might & Magic was one of the first RPG games a lot of folks played on a PC, and they’ve been cranking them out in one form or another since 1986. A few days ago Ubisoft brought the franchise to Android with the release of Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes.
Clash of Heroes was initially released on the Nintendo DS in 2012. Since then it’s been ported over to the Xbox, Ps3, and iOS – it’s a pretty popular game. The Android port looks to be the same although it’s not the Might & Magic you may be expecting if you’ve never ventured outside of the PC titles. Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes is a fantasy themed RPG with puzzle elements similar to Puzzle Quest. By the numbers, Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes offers up 10 heroes, 40 units, 50 artifacts, and 20 hours of gameplay in campaign mode. There are also more wizards, demons, and elves than you can shake a stick at.
I haven’t had a chance to spend much time with Might & Magic: Clash of the Heroes, but so far it seems like faithful port of the DS game. The iOS version was a bit buggy upon release, but I haven’t had any issues with the Android version yet. If you want to give it a whirl, you can pick up Ubisoft’s Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes for $4.99 on Google Play.
