What do you do when your company has one of the most popular games available on iOS and Android? As well as being one of the most heard about games, even to
those who don’t have a smartphone? Well if you’re Rovio and your popular game is Angry Birds, you constantly update your Angry Birds series of games of course.
First Rovio released an update to Angry Birds Seasons which added a Back to School theme and added in a cute pink Angry Bird named Bubbles. Also within the same week, Rovio pushed out an update to Angry Birds Space to include 20 levels on the Red Planet to mark Curiosity rover landing on Mars. Now Rovio is teasing a new game that is rumored to be called “Bad Piggies”.
The pigs have released their own ‘press release’ but, seem to be abruptly stopped from saying any more other than they have something new but, then say they have to go and will have ‘moar’ later. Rumors suggest that the game Bad Piggies will show the pigs side of the story. Currently there are three games which show the story from the birds’ side in the form of the original Angry Birds which started the craze, Angry Birds Seasons and Angry Birds Space.
As Rovio have only just started dropping hints about the game, details are scarce but, it should only be a matter of time until Rovio release more details about their new upcoming game.
