It’s always great to see a new Kairosoft game in the market even when it’s a Japanese version. Such is the case with Kairosoft Horse Racing Story which is what we’re calling it as we have no idea what it will be called when it’s released.
Kairosoft Horse Racing Story looks to be similar in style to Grand Prix Story, but with horses instead of racecars. As usual the market description is poor and difficult to translate, but we’ve managed to glean a few bits of information. As you’d expect you’ll keep and race horses which means you’ll have to build proper places for them to stay and train them. You’ll definitely get to race your horses which is where the GP Story comparison comes in, but we’re not sure how much control you’ll have over the horses yet.
Like most fans I’m a sucker for anything Kairosoft makes, but some games interest me much more than others. Racing Horses seems like it’s going to be a blast, and it’s definitely a game I’m looking forward to as GP Story is one of my favorites. Kairosoft Horse Racing Story hasn’t been out long, so I’m guessing it will be at least a few weeks before we see the English version of the game.
