In the 70s and 80s we had Evel Knievel who was the epitome of death defying daredevil stunts. Well, it’s a new age and now we have a crazy little creature known as Hank Hazard: The Stunt Hamster.
Hank Hazard: The Stunt Hamster is a game about a Hamster named Hank that just happens to be an all out daredevil and a skilled stunt hamster. How good is he? Well, you’ll find that out rather quickly when you start up the game and start working your way through the tricky levels, challenging puzzles, and bonus challenges. You’ll have to collect stars and dodge any and all danger, but you will get a little assistance along the way. Hank has some ingenious tools at his disposal including accelerators, hamster bombs, and ham-fisted boxing gloves just to name a few. Hank Hazard: The Stunt Hamster offers up over 100 levels to play and 18 bonus levels spread across 5 different worlds which should be more than enough to satisfy most of us couch daredevils at home.
Verdict
Hank Hazard: The Stunt Hamster is a very cool little game, and while I only gave it a brief whirl the gameplay was top-notch and the quirky little graphics were easy on the eyes. It’s also the first game I can think of involving a death defying Hamster so I’ve got to give the dev’s a few points for originality as well.
