If there’s one thing in life that’s as certain as death & taxes it’s the fact that cats hate rats. That’s the premise behind Bumblebee Studios Derat Inc. as you’ll control truck driving cats and attempt to annihilate the cities rats.
Derat Inc. is one of those games you just have to play to really ‘get’ but we’re going to try and break it down for ya’. Each game starts out on a playing field full of buildings, some of which are overrun by rats. Whenever you see a building with a rat symbol or an exclamation point you’ll want to send the green truck over to exterminate them. There seem to be several different types of trucks available going by the screen shots, but I only had access to the red & green ones. Power-ups randomly appear on the map as the game progresses, and if you lose 5 buildings to the rats it’s game over. Derat Inc. has 15 levels with three different scenarios, and endless mode, and boss battles.
I stumbled across Derat Inc. on Google Play a few days back and decided to give it the ol’ 15 minute play. In the brief time I played the game I liked what I saw, but unfortunately I had some force close issues and wasn’t able to get very far in the game. The game has good ratings so I’m sure it’s not a widespread issue if you want to give it a go. You can pick up Bumblebee Studios Derat Inc. for $0.99 on Google Play.
